Phable × Plantopia

A little time.
A different feeling.

Wellness brand video production, giving Plantopia’s product stories a considered rhythm and a clear visual expression.

Phable created video and content for Plantopia, a wellbeing brand from KMI Brands. The work brought four product ranges into focus through imagery, words and movement, with a calm approach that belonged to the brand.

Start with the feeling.

Plantopia’s world combined everyday rituals with skin and body care. Our role was to bring that world into moving content, working with its established identity and product imagery.

This retrospective preserves all six original films. New applications explore how the same content could extend into print, retail and an editorial digital experience. Each is labelled throughout.

Keep the content close to the product.

The strongest ingredients were already there: distinctive packaging, soft colour and intimate product imagery. The extended applications let those assets do more, with clear typography and enough space to appreciate their detail.

Content that feels like the brand.

The Plantopia work shows how film, imagery and language can give a product range a coherent presence. The new concepts carry that thinking into different settings while keeping the original product world recognisable.

For beauty and wellness teams, the opportunity is to build a useful body of content with a consistent visual approach and enough variety for different channels.

About the project

What did Phable create for Plantopia?

Phable created video and content for Plantopia’s Rest & Sleep, Detox & Purify, Energise & Uplift and Relax & Calm ranges. The six original films are preserved here alongside selected original portfolio artwork and client product imagery.

Did Phable design the packaging or build the website?

This case study concerns video and content. The existing identity, packaging and product imagery are the basis for that work. The editorial website shown here is a new portfolio concept, rather than a claim that Phable built Plantopia’s ecommerce platform or a released app.

Which applications are new concepts?

The retail-window campaign, foldout, editorial website, retail counter, invitation and email extend the original visual world for this portfolio. The generated settings do not document real stores or events. The product photography and packaging retain their original client context.

Is Plantopia still trading?

Plantopia’s official website now announces the brand’s closure. This case study is a retrospective of the creative work. It does not describe current product availability or make current health or certification claims. Read Plantopia’s announcement or KMI’s original launch story for context.
